okay let me explain, papdi chat is a north indian fast food.
Chaat word which literally means lick, is used to describe a range of snacks and papri refers to crispy fried dough wafers (cam ala2 keropok ). In Papri Chaat, the papris are served with boiled potatoes, boiled chick peas, chilles, yoghurt and chutney and topped with chaat masala and 'sev'.
rasa nya masam + manis + pedas + berangin +crunchy = sedap...
chutney tu kaler hijau rasa pedas2 sikit ...yoghurt masam tapi sedap, berangin tu sebab ada mints leaves, and crunchy tu of course papri.....
sebenarnya this one thing that i like about india,its food!! papdi chat is delicious ( serious drooling) hihi...
pg tadi berkesempatan pegi foodcourt makan papdi/papri chaat dengan farah.. :) really happy sebab dah berminggu minggu kempunan, x ramai org suka makanan india nih, especially yang ada rasa masam2 tu, x tahu laa kenapa tapi yang penting saya suka.. harhar... kalau balik malaysia mesti rindu makanan ni nanti.. :(
